Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager / Recruiter (Contractor) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential commissioned sales representatives, educating them on our opportunities, and onboarding them to start producing loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Develop strategies to attract top-tier commissioned sales representatives.
- Source and evaluate candidates through various platforms and networks.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sales reps.
- Communicate the benefits and opportunities of working with Arti Technology.
- Onboarding:
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new hires on Arti Technology’s products, services, and sales processes.
- Ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting, especially sourcing sales contractors and sales agents.
- Moderate to strong understanding of financial services (business loans, factoring, SBA, etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.04 - $27.75 per hour
