Job Summary:
This position entails managing and coordinating accounts and programs, focusing on the development of services and enhancement of inventory solutions for eligible clients. The role includes delivering fulfillment services to customers of inventory solutions, serving as a key player in identifying opportunities for business development, and ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of new and existing accounts and services.
The individual will be tasked with orchestrating and supporting activities across the full program lifecycle, collaborating with team members within and outside the organization to meet the department's goals and objectives while upholding the highest standards of service and support.

Core Expectations:
- Maintain and grow the gross margin dollars for the designated list of accounts in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure delivery of best-in-class service and experience to assigned and unassigned customers and relentlessly defend existing business.
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer additional products, services, and value that continuously increase customer commitment and spend.
- Regularly engage with key contacts at designated programs within assigned and unassigned contacts with intentional interactions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary face-to-face representative for clients and proactively manage, preserve, and enhance customer relationships.
- Exceed sales and gross margin goals by actively reaching out to accounts to identify new business opportunities.
- Showcase a comprehensive understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
- Directly service customer accounts through on-site visits and value-added services.
- Efficiently handle quotes, product returns, and repair processes.
- Offer comprehensive information on products and services and utilize technical sales support for intricate solutions.
- Work closely with various departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Keep track of inventory levels to guarantee precise labeling and quantities.
- Create suggested orders by analyzing inventory programs and the stock levels of customers.
- Maintain precision in all SupplyRITE™ operations at client locations.
- Record and follow standard operating and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot vending equipment issues and other customer problems as needed.
- Train and demonstrate inventory solutions to customers on-site.
- Frequent car travel, including occasional overnight stays, will be necessary to ensure consistent in-person visits to customers.
- Engage in specified corporate events, gatherings, and educational sessions, as well as attending industry conferences as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and an insurable driver’s record.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience: 1+ years’ experience in customer service or sales-related positions preferred.
- Possesses a deep understanding of the food and beverage and dairy industry.
Why Nelson-Jameson:
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 annual Base salary + commission
