We are searching for a full-time, permanent Legal Recruiter to join our rapidly growing law firm. Experience in recruiting Attorneys and Paralegals of all levels for law firms strongly preferred.
Duties:Assist with HR and Hiring Committee in recruiting, posting jobs, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling interviews, etc.Maintain and update candidate information including correspondence to applicants.Providing excellent client and candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process that demonstrates and values professionalism and aims to build and maintain long-term relationships.Exercising best practice recruiting strategies while maintaining accurate candidate records.Assist with other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: 3-5+ years of proven experience within legal recruitment.Bachelor's Degree. Compensation & Benefits:Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance and 401(K) plan.
