Provide Junior level financial analysis and management support within the NAWCAD WOLF Air Traffic Control Systems Division. Work closely with the Project Lead and Portfolio Manager for all Division funding matters.
This position will generate spreadsheets and financial reports to analyze cost data and identify funding discrepancies. Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily utilize Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) business and financial system to extract, analyze and interpret business and financial reports.

Create project structures and contribute to customers' resource planning.

Monitor execution, benchmarks, and carry-over funding for all systems/projects consisting of multiple funding appropriations and provide recommendations to assist with meeting expenditure requirements.
- Obtain and consolidate data for taskers and respond to data calls.
Required Qualifications:

Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs, development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and PPBE process.

At least two (2) years of Navy-ERP experience is required.

Secret Clearance is required.
Education Requirements:
BS/BA in Business Admin, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance or Financial.
Allowable Substitutions

Less than (8) years of work experience or AS/AAS degree plus less than six (6) years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience.

HS Diploma plus ten (10) years of additional, relevant work experience beyond the required experience.
