About You:
- Skilled and hungry as a top seller in distribution sales - achieving new business sales growth through existing and new distribution channels.
- A curious and energetic salesperson that takes responsibility to work independently and is driven for results
- 3+ years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized, focused self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Background in civil construction, design, landscaping or engineering; and the ability to read plans
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, business, marketing, or related field
