Our Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB)/Technology Infrastructure Services Division (TISD)/Customer Technologies Support/Enterprise Desktop Support Section/Benefits & Financial Desktop Support Unit is seeking an Information Technology Technician (ITT) to work in the client services domain and perform a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem solving within stated and nonspecific guidelines. The ITT works as a desktop support analyst on assigned projects and tasks. This includes overall installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) technology resources in support of a centralized IT environment focusing on desktop IT needs and drives our CalPERS mission.
