- Oversee all aspects of dining services, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
- Train and supervise dining services staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operation of the dining services department.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and catered functions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the dining experience.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and dietary restrictions.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
