The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Liberty Mutual Insurance is actively searching for an experienced System Support Analyst. In this role you will use business and technical knowledge to participate in the re-engineering of business operations to improve business results. Evaluate business requirements and models data and/or system requirements. Analyze and document business problems of moderate complexity. Develops test plans and tests and approves new system behaviors. Coordinates upgrades and rollouts of moderate scope.
The USRM Product Delivery, Systems Support team who manages forms is looking for a Systems Support Analyst with comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products, as well as building and maintaining new and existing products, and experiences through data, tools, and flexible processes and platforms. As a member of this talented team, you will be responsible for Forms analysis, development, rules attachment and testing through implementation as indicated by our business partners. The position will report to Director, Systems Support Projects under Product Delivery.
Responsibilities:

Under moderate supervision, evaluates business requirements; performs process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of business requirements.
- Analyzes and documents business problems of moderate complexity and provides recommendations based on research of industry trends, business products, competitors and performance analysis for optimal business solutions.
- Develops test plans (E2) and tests and approves new system behaviors to ensure alignment with business objectives and test plans.

Coordinates upgrades and rollouts of moderate scope including specific duties related to training and monitoring performance.
- Contributes to the development of project plans; assigns and monitors tasks. Analyzes feasibility, cost ramifications, economies, or other aspects of planned or potential programs.
- Depicts moderately complex to complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; contributes to education within SBU/department(s) on business vision and plan and within business units on the impact of change.
- Creates and implements business operation standards and procedures. Assists in the development of methods and tools to track and measure results.
- Consults on moderately complex business issues.
- Works with other departments to coordinate interdepartmental activities in order to ensure that Liberty meets customer expectations. Assists in problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies.
- Assists in the preparation of user documents and training materials. May provide technical training and user support to business groups. Assists in the development of communication plans and related activities.

Assist in communications with customers both internal and external, e.g. vendors, business partners and Information Technology.

Familiarity with Business Lines user interfaces such as eCLIQ, ETM, ERMA are a plus.

Proficiency with spreadsheets (I.e. ability to develop comprehensive formulas in Excel).

Knowledge of Commercial Insurance is a plus.

Strong working knowledge of JIRA or similar work management tools.
Qualifications-
Bachelor`s degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience.
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies as well as business process and information flow.
- General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
- General knowledge of diverse technologies and new and current architectures.
- General understanding of re-engineering issues and challenges.
- Skills in object, data and/or process modeling; financial analysis and planning; business process design.
- Negotiation skills; oral and written communication skills.
