**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage recruitment and selection processes
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and managing performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry trends
- Assist in payroll and benefits programs
- Implement training and development programs
- Manage HR software systems such as SAGE HRMS
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
**Skills:**
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of human resource functions such as talent management, program management, and human capital management
- Familiarity with HR software systems like SAGE HRMS
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
