Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing and coordinating various tasks encompassing the document control system, calibration system, quality reporting, and record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
Ø Manage the Document Control System and Calibration System, ensuring the organization, accessibility, and accuracy of both document and calibration data.
Ø Manage and assist in quality reporting and quality document record-keeping.
Ø Oversee the lifecycle of documents and calibration records, including creation, revision, approval, and archival, in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Ø Coordinate the calibration of equipment and instruments, scheduling and executing calibration activities to maintain accuracy and reliability in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
Ø Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all calibration activities, including calibration certificates, reports, and equipment history logs, to support traceability and audit readiness.
Ø Conduct periodic reviews and audits of document control and calibration processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ø Assist in the development and implementation of procedures, and guidelines related to document control and calibration management, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives as assigned, leveraging expertise in document control and calibration system management to support organizational objectives.
Ø Facilitate the distribution of documents to appropriate personnel for review and approval, tracking feedback and revisions as needed.
Ø Provide support in drafting and proofreading quality documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to document control procedures.
Ø Provide training and support to staff on document control and calibration procedures, promoting compliance with standards and best practices across the organization.
Ø Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
Ø Possess a 2-year Associate's degree or 3 years equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Ø Familiarity with quality control process, document control, and calibration system
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required for document creation, editing, and data analysis tasks.
Ø Proficient verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Ø Ability to follow established procedures and processes, ensuring consistency and quality in document management tasks.
Ø Strong organizational skills in prioritizing tasks and managing workload requirements, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Ø Demonstrated attention to detail in maintaining accuracy and integrity in reports, documents, and records.
Ø Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively, both independently and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
Ø No travel is required for this position.
