**Job Summary:** We are a Greek Restaurant seeking for a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Help with inventory management and stock rotation - Support menu planning and contribute to creating new dishes **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or relevant role in the food industry - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Culinary training or certification is a plus - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Excellent communication and teamwork skills If you have a passion for cooking and want to be part of a dynamic culinary team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
