Additionally, Fusionary has a partnership with several Managed Services Providers (MSP), that we are expanding to include Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Point of Sales Systems (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Infor, Site Search, Privacy Management, and more.
Description:
The Junior Delivery Lead (DL) is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget. This role is focused on actively monitoring project health and working to provide insight and clarity to all members of the project team. This role works closely with all other roles, particularly the Scrum Master and the Architecture Team to understand and ensure success at every level of the project. Be prepared to ask questions, quickly identify potential problems and work to course correct throughout the duration of a project.

Key Responsibilities
- Possess some understanding of project scope, able to make decisions confidently to move projects forward
- Establish control and ownership over every project, provide team leadership
- Actively monitor key project statistics, generating weekly project status reports and updates to client stakeholders and leadership
- Perform a daily review of project health and respond urgently to keep the team moving forward
- Ask questions to better facilitate understanding do not make assumptions or let others assume
- Raise red flags as needed to avoid larger issues
- Serve as a champion for customers and a translator between clients, leadership, and the team
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients: Provide positive customer experiences, handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with empathy
- Be an outward-facing representative of the company, always acting according to our values
- Hold team accountable to a high standard of work
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in weekly DL meetings, prioritizing and negotiating work across the team
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to determine what's possible and negotiate changes in scope or approach to keep work on track
- Request and facilitate on-demand SWAT teams as needed
- Work with leadership to forecast timelines for potential new projects
