Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for a MedSpa
We are committed to providing high-quality med spa services in an inviting, fun, and efficient environment. We are looking for a responsible Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to multitask, prioritize and execute in a fast past environment. Your work ethic and discretion are imperative as you would be working directly with clients throughout their med spa experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide general support to our team including answering phones, have clients fill out electroninc documents before treatments, assist with pre-treatment needs, fluent with social media platforms.
- Manage our office calendar for clients as well as staff, keep track of appointments, procedures, trainings and other tasks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Assist with patients questions and concerns in regards to treatment and products.
- Maintain office supplies including ordering supplies as needed.
- Update and maintain medical records and billing files in an accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of med spa treatments is preferred but not required.
