If you are passionate about the dental field and have a knack for multitasking, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity. **Duties** - Manage patient flow, greet patients, and provide a warm welcome to our office. - Schedule appointments, perform check-in and check-out processes, and maintain accurate patient records. - Utilize Open Dentalsoftware to manage patient information and coordinate patient care. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address patient concerns. - Provide exceptional patient service, responding to needs and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. - Assist with office administrative tasks, such as answering emails, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering office materials. - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and communication. **Experience** - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is highly preferred. - Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is necessary. - Knowledge of medical records and medical scheduling practices is essential. - Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a degree in a related field is preferred. **Skills** - Proficiency in Open Dental software. - Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality. - Experience with medical records and scheduling practices. - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations. - Excellent patient service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in office software and phone systems. - Experience with office administration tasks. - Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
