iCallidus is seeking a skilled Management Analyst, Contractor, to develop, implement, and maintain solutions/operations using Microsoft Power Platform products, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Office applications, and Tableau. In addition, services are needed to develop and implement a comprehensive Program/Project Management Playbook. The scope includes support for client’s operations and related systems/applications to maximize current ES operations and substantially improve service delivery. Services and support cover all the client’s Branches and the client’s Front Office.
The goal of this effort is to further define/refine and streamline processes and workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks, and improve customer service. The objective is to improve and increase efficiencies within client’s operations, automate tasks and solutions, provide informative views, reports, improve collaborative efforts, resulting in the delivery of high-quality services faster. The outcomes will strengthen core internal processes, reduce processing times, increase transparency, enhance organizational alignment, and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Required areas of improvement include ES acquisition tracking/reporting, and related tasks to deliver quality services to the client.
- The client requires improvements resulting in the capability to analyze the status and health of client’s IT investments for decision-making.
- The analysis shall also address and include the current state of the Program Management Branch operations.
- Analyze details, drivers, challenges, issues, related factors, and considerations.
- Identify the current state Enterprise-level items to use as the basis for PM Branch Operations.
- Provide solutions as to how the Program Management Branch shall effectively apply Enterprise-level items to address ES program and project management operations.
- Identify gaps within the client’s Enterprise-level items that cause inefficiencies in PM Branch operations.
- Identify the ES-level processes, procedures, practices, and workflows that are needed to supplement Enterprise-level items, compatible, and conjunction with the client’s Enterprise-level items.
- Identify, describe, and create execution plan to attain the target state of PM Branch operations, optimize, and increase efficiencies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- 7 years of experience working on complex business, IT or Engineering projects under tight deadlines. Experience includes seeking out new business, creative problem-solving, interpreting information and using findings to make proposals. Holds the ability to convey information clearly in writing and speaking.
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) desired.
