Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment or facility issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in low voltage and high voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address maintenance issues
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments
