Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for backorders, expediting and updating them as needed.

Coordinate and communicate with vendors and customers, addressing inquiries related to deliveries, warranties, and startup queries.

Finalize closure documents to ensure the completion and documentation of projects.

Provide valuable administrative support to the project manager and estimation team, including assistance with sales order creation and bid project identification.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address outstanding issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution, and involving appropriate team members as required.

Maintain electronic project files with accurate and up-to-date documents and deliverables, ensuring the project files are organized and ready for the next phase.

Acquire a deep understanding of customer requirements, becoming a valuable resource for addressing their needs.

Develop a strong proficiency in our product line to provide comprehensive support to the broader team.

Exhibit proactive monitoring of client satisfaction, whether internal or external stakeholders, establishing strong partner relationships with clients.

Degree in a relevant field or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.

Familiarity with basic project management principles and methodologies.
