About the Role: The Call Time Manager for Bob Casey for Senate will lead our Call Time program, and will report directly to the Finance Director for Bob Casey for Senate.
This individual will be responsible for managing and staffing call time with the Senator both in person and, at times, remotely. As well as, working to build and oversee the National and Pennsylvania donor prospecting programs, in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Finance Director and National Consultants.
In the final months of the race, this position will travel with the Senator across the Commonwealth for call time on the road and staff him in DC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the call time process for the candidate including but not limited to: pulling call targets, creating call sheets, staffing candidate call time, taking detailed notes, call time follow-up, and pledge chasing.

Working with the Finance Director to ensure we are prepared for scheduled call time, including helping to schedule calls in call blocks.

Track all call data, including call backs, and ensuring data gets entered in database in a timely manner.

Responsible for creation and circulation of nightly call reports.

Managing call time pledges and contributions as well as providing input on call time projections.

Put together and coordinate with PA Finance Director and National Consultants/team on the campaign call time prospecting program.

Travel and staff the Senator on the road in PA and in DC as needed.

Assists with thank you note program with other finance staff, pulls and sends thank you notes on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:
- Campaign experience preferred but not required;

Detail-oriented self-starter with an interest in Democratic fundraising;

Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities;

Ability to multitask and work in fast fast-paced environment;

Prior working experience with NGP, Numero, ActBlue, Word, Excel, and spreadsheets preferred but not required

Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Salary Band: $5100 - $5300 per month, commensurate with experience

Location: Split time between DC and Philadelphia, with travel across the Commonwealth.

Hours: Full-time position. This position's schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
