We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator who is enthusiastic about their work and passionate about working on the Bean team. The right candidate will love the outdoors and camping. In this role you will have the opportunity to own your department and make a big impact by greeting customers, assist with customer needs and partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions to customer expectations.
Bean Trailer is a Utah based design and manufacturing company that has taken the off-road trailer market by storm. Our popular teardrop trailer won the “Utah Manufacturer of the Year” by the Utah Manufacturer’s Association ‘ and was voted “Coolest Product Made in Utah.
What you’ll Do:
- Greet customers in reception and answer phone calls. You will be the first face of the company on many occasions!
- Track and resolve customer issues
- Interact with customers and handle customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer purchases and invoicing.
- Manage electronic file documents.
- Handle initial warranty related issues & work with the production and engineering teams for resolution. Daily reports to management on warranty progress.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Manage the Bean Ambassador program
- Stay current on the latest outdoor industry trends and products. You will be part of the marketing team and will attend marketing meetings.
- Assist with and attend outdoor industry expos that promote the Bean brand.
- Provide in-house tours of the Bean product line.

Required Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- 3+ years of customer service experience .
- Tech savy, proficient in Microsoft office & CRM (Hubspot or equivalent)
- Ability to operate in production software
- Manage Bean electronic files
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
