Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner
- Conduct outbound calls for sales and follow-ups
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in is a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
