Materials Analyst / Master Scheduler
Position Summary/Purpose
Manage a successful collaboration by cross-functioning with Engineering, Quality, Production and Logistics to schedule and prepare jobs to meet internal and external demand. This responsibility entails Master Scheduling, analyzing future material demand, reviewing system transactions, monitoring accurate inventory levels, and coordinating with the management team to resolve issues throughout the supply chain to meet and exceed customer expectations. Analyzing component demand and anticipating the needs of our largest customers of high mix assemblies are the top focus. Use Oracle expertise to serve as a power-user within the plant.

- Analyze and plan production schedules
- Manages and maintains the production schedule, shop floor level loading, and coordination of material acquisition
- Ability to manage / monitor dozens of orders in parallel throughout all aspects of the organization
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and customers.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Education/Experience/Certifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
· Experience in a plant environment with purchasing/supply chain discipline. (Required)
