Duties:
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process patient registrations and insurance verifications
- Ensure compliance with medical office procedures and protocols
- Oversee billing and payment processing

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software
- Strong background in medical administrative support
- Excellent patient service skills
