Main Purpose: The Global Procurement Analyst represents the main analyst, PMO, and support contact for global/regional procurement solutions and projects. He/She leads specific initiatives and provides support for procurement data reporting, analytics, solution generation, implementation, and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful Deployment of Procurement Solutions and Analytics
- Act as the main Procurement Analyst for all necessary data/system analytics initiatives, leading projects to improve spend visibility, procurement data management, and compliance analyses.
- Active participant in the development of Procurement Solutions impacting the global business.
- Provide regular project tracking of results and perform business reviews with key customers as needed.
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys for the respective area, follow up on results, and develop plans to address any issues.
Central PMO for Global Procurement Projects
- Develop a systemic approach in tracking and signaling off-track situations for main Global Procurement productivity projects.
- Work closely with finance to ensure the productivity methodology is correctly used and the figures are realistic.
- Participate in all reviews to ensure reported data accuracy.
- Check and report milestone status and understand details on reasons and potential actions to put projects back on track if needed.
BI Dashboards
- Lead the development of tools to gather necessary information from different sources automatically to create dashboards.
- Align with stakeholders on the output design and process of information sharing.
- Own the process of monthly results sharing with Category Leaders, input taking, and aligning.
- Continuously identify and propose improvements based on data analytics in the global procurement space.
Spend Visibility Tool
- Lead the reporting and analytics part of the design and implementation of a tool for global categories to ensure visibility and good traceability for spend in the global sector.
- Work closely with each region during the development phase to capture stakeholder input and requirements.
- Qualify as key user for the tool upon development phase completion.
- Provide ongoing support for users and regular updates.
- Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and coverage.
Accountabilities:
- Successful deployment of analytics as per identified requirements to drive productivity, cash flow, and compliance.
- Provide support to Global Procurement category managers and projects acting as a central PMO, tracking and analyzing the evolution of main Global Procurement productivity projects.
- Lead the development of a global BI dashboard for easy reporting and continuous KPI follow-up.
- Support Global Procurement projects implementation and act as analyst and key user.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through surveys/feedback, followed by corrective actions if necessary.
Job Dimensions:
- Own data gathering and analysis of the Procurement Productivity Agenda, creating analytics and benchmarking.
- Partner with BU teams on data management and analytics to help with new tools.
- Support BU teams on effectively deploying new tools via support and training.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity and analytics needs through regional/global procurement projects.
- Practical working experience in Power BI, ERP systems, and Analytics Development/Deployment.
- Excellent customer service skills; must be flexible, reliable, and dynamic.
- Proficiency in IT and strong data management skills with related tools (ERP, Business Intelligence, Access Databases, Visual Basic, macros, and expert Excel usage).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of autonomy; able to work with limited supervision while networking within and outside the organization.
- Able to act as a role model.
- Customer service oriented.
Main Interactions:
- Internally: Interact with senior Global Procurement leadership team, productivity leads, and various business units across multiple time zones.
- Externally: Interface with vendors working on technology-based procurement solution development.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
