PingWind is seeking a Business Analyst with IT experience to support the Department of Veterans Affairs with improving customer satisfaction with OIT services and products by documenting and routing IT service needs.
Responsibilities
Work with VA to design, create, integrate, test, implement, maintain, and manage SharePoint sites for diverse VA portfolios, maintaining associated documents on those sites
Support SOP development for Solution Services operations, to be updated on an annual basis
Support weekly IT technical review request analysis upon receipt of new IT requests
Conduct technical reviews that ensure compliance with VA standards, mandates and/or laws to properly manage disposition of IT requests (including but not be limited to: security and regulatory compliance with established guidelines and policies, technical and architecture adherence to published standards, identification of functionality duplication (stove pipes), epic, and functional / non-functional requirements enrichment)
Support maintenance of an Enterprise Candidate Solution Catalog that captures VA enterprise solution candidates
Support and participate Senior Business Analysts in meetings with VA Business Partners
Maintain a Transition Architecture Document comprised of Business Cases and Knowledge Actions and Questions (KAQs)
Produce meeting minutes and action items "
Requirements
Bachelors or Associates degree in Business Discipline
0, sub 4 years addt'l exp for edu
Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, and Power BI
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Expert communication and client management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Flexible, able to adapt to different customer groups and expectations
Experience working in and with cross-functional teams
U.S. Citizenship; Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
CMMI L3-5 Services or Development experience, Enterprise Architecture experience (2-5 years)
Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK) experience (1-2 years)
MondayPro Project Management Experience
