Our Retail Marketing Assistants help clients throughout every stage of campaign inception and ensure that they find the perfect fit for their needs. In addition, they develop quality relationships with clients, making them feel inspired and confident while handling all customer concerns, objections, and complaints with the utmost professionalism and integrity. They also work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within sales demands.
Responsibilities As A Retail Marketing Assistant:
- Attend training session to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins
- Confidently provide advice to clients regarding advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and company history
- Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for our brand and policies
- Develop authentic relationships with the brand’s prospective consumers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and creating a memorable experience
- Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability
- Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue
- Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events

- Flexible availability
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Sandy Springs location daily
