Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans

- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with autism
- Utilize data collection methods to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience in medical records management and special education settings
- Proficiency in behavioral health practices and patient assessment techniques
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies
