Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and coordination with PM
- Project forecasting and management of field personal
- Ability to prioritize, develop and maintain project schedules
- Document control management (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
- Field Safety management
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
- Coordination and management of subcontractors’ work
- Track daily construction progress
- Resolution of problems involving field conditions, safe accessibility, and capabilities of involved field staff.
- Responsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within budget and schedule.
- Provides technical expertise to the subcontractor on project aspects within the signal and train control realm
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Performs site investigations in substations and along railroad tracks
- Assist project management with field related administrative operations
- Cost control on projects and quality control within the discipline
- Planning, design and construction phases of projects
