We are looking for a Deputy Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to the Clerk's office. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with customer vehicle transactions, providing customer service to members of the public, and performing other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of computer programs. We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and multiitask in a fast-paced and team oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents.
- Perform accurate data entry into the vehicle registration system.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist with other duties performed in the office.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed and stored in accordance with legal requirements.
