Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Assist with pet check-ins and check-outs
- Handle payments and process invoices
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet grooming and dog training services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
Please note that this position does not involve direct pet grooming or dog training. It primarily focuses on providing administrative support to the veterinary clinic. We are currently in the process of opening a brand new facility in Florham Park. This will be secondary to our East Hanover location where training will primarily occur. Some shifts may be needed at Florham Park location.

Pay: $17.58 - $19.00 per hour
