Essential Duties:
- Oversees the team of boiler installers and boiler/burner service techs
- Oversees the coordination and organization of all boiler installation jobs to ensure effective and efficient scheduling
- Completes preliminary walkthroughs and site visits to meticulously plan execution of boiler installations
- Plans all work-related tasks and logistics for boiler installations to ensure effective and efficient completion of jobs
- Answers technical/troubleshooting questions from the techs in the field and assists with their needs
- Conducts intermittent site visits to ensure a smooth flow of work and to ensure work is done per code and manufacturer spec
- Answers escalated matters with clients on an as-needed basis
- Reviews technician notes and material lists to ensure accuracy
- Reviews workmanship of technicians to ensure they meet company standards
- Addresses all disciplinary issues with technicians on an as-needed basis
- Steps into complete heating calls that the other teams cannot get to within the necessary timeframe
- Ensure that all after-hours emergencies are covered daily
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High proficiency in current DOB plumbing code
- Great interpersonal skills

- Able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established timeframes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
