Document Management and Organization:
- Organize and maintain all files and documents related to convenience stores and investment properties.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and accessible when needed.
- Implement a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
Accounting and Bookkeeping:
- Handle all accounting and bookkeeping tasks for the convenience stores and investment properties using Quick Books
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Site Visits and Operations Monitoring:
- Conduct regular site visits to convenience stores and other investment properties to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform inspections and check compliance with operational standards and regulations.
- Identify and report any issues or areas for improvement in the operations.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Create detailed reports on the performance and operations of each convenience store.
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Present reports and findings to the owner in a clear and concise manner.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other external parties.
Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep abreast of any changes in regulations that may affect the business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the retail or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with property management and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various sites.
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
