Account Manager - West
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to oversee our hotel lobby markets for GrabScanGo in the West region. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our current markets are operating efficiently, opening new markets, maintaining strong relationships with hotel General Managers (GMs), and collaborating closely with our service operators to ensure the efficient operation of markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the hotels & the service operators to ensure that our current markets in the West region are optimized & running smoothly & efficiently.
- Identify and open new markets in the region.
- Collaborate with hotel GMs to establish and maintain partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and market success.
- Work closely with service operators to ensure seamless market operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Travel as required to oversee market launches, conduct client meetings, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on market performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
- Proven ability to open and manage new markets successfully.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, GMs, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the job.
- Proficiency in managing vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
