New York office of a boutique agency specializing in lifestyle, technology, consumer, and health tech clients is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Account Coordinator who is keen to launch their public relations career.
This is hybrid office and remote working position.
Applicants should be recent graduates with a degree in public relations, marketing, journalism, or related fields and have completed at least one professional internship. The successful candidate should have a can-do attitude, be a dynamic problem solver, and thrive when seizing the initiative.
Learning from some of the best in the business, they will assist account teams to develop, track and evaluate media relations campaigns, press events, and business meetings. Responsibilities will include:
· Collating media coverage reports
· Drafting pitch emails
· Media outreach
· Building media lists
· Media research
· Organizing product send-outs
· Creating newsletters
· Proofreading
