Hidden Potential was founded in 2019 by Jennifer Blair. She has been in a BCBA since 2006 and has worked in the classroom for Orange County Public Schools as well as for several ABA clinics. Her frustration throughout those years of experience was that the best interest of the child was not always the highest priority of her employers. She started Hidden Potential to make sure that the child's needs are always the highest priority and if that sounds like the kind of place you would like to work, we would love to hear from you!
