**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards.
**Duties:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from small gatherings to large corporate functions
- Manage delivery drivers and collaborate with General Manager and Chef to ensure food is ready and quality is up to standard
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in food service management or hospitality management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage shifts effectively
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes
