Job Description: The Manager Manager must be enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated. Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal skills, and multitasking are a necessity. Must be able to balance both long-term and short-term priorities and projects.
Essential Job Duties:
Plan and develop short and long-term social media schedules and strategies.
Coordinate photography needs for major events and holidays.
Coordinate marketing projects to include timelines and progress for clients.
Act as quarterback to coordinate execution of strategy for local public relations and social media teams.
Manage creative requests from clients with internal design team.
Create engaging and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
Assist in planning and executing promotional events on and off property.
Maintain event and holiday schedule to be shared with client for strategy development.
Maintain favorable relationships with outsourced vendors and contacts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Some after-hours and weekend work for related events may be necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
Passionate about working in a creative and collaborative environment.
Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with all types of demographics.
