Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO’s schedule, communications, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions. This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure efficient time management and coordination of meetings.
- Communication Management: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO. Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Foster positive relationships and maintain open lines of communication.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis. Ensure timely completion and follow-up on various initiatives.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company matters.
- Office Management: Support day-to-day office operations, including supply management, record keeping, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in personal development or related industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities - flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and manage unexpected challenges.
