Our In House Sales Executives are responsible for presenting outstanding ownership programs, products and upgrades to current owners.
As a Sales Executive In House you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Conduct professional sales presentations and create maximum sales.
- Attend one of HGV’s sales training per week and all other required training sessions.
- Follow HGV policies and procedures and upholding company standards for sales volume/ethics/conduct with guests and team members.
- Implement the Hilton Grand Vacations' sales process and steps of the sale.
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management of which the team member is capable of performing.
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current TN Timeshare License required
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/ hours as required per business needs.
It would be advantageous to have previous experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.
