Location: Based in Fort Worth, Tx, this is a traveling position across multiple states weekly 100% travel Monday through Friday.
(Must live in Fort Worth, Tx or ability to relocate)

This position is directly responsible for on-site coordination in all phases including supervision and coordination of our Field Supervision team, General Contractor, other onsite trades, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and crews. The Project Manager is to ensure that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding safely, on schedule, and within budget. In this role you’ll also be responsible for all schedules, inspections, quality control, job safety and works collectively with the General Contractor. The ideal candidate will ensure that company vision, goals, purpose and culture are being driven, exemplified, shared and taught with consistency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and contribute to daily job site performance and execution for on time and efficient project delivery/completion.
- Prepare and attend pre-job meetings with Field Supervision and support team at FRICKS headquarters.
- Reviews, evaluates and may develop schedules, logistics plans.
- Recruit and interview potential candidates for successful completion of project.
- Collaborate with Finish Supervisor and others to anticipate project requirements and expectations.
- Build a job site team environment through communication, managing and collaborating with jobsite personnel and specialty contractors/vendors.
- Perform project start-up requirements.
- Review daily the project status with daily reports and updates from the Fricks Field Supervision
- Assist with evaluation of schedule impacts.
- Forecast and schedule timely delivery of concrete pours and other materials.
- Routine Onsite Quality Control inspection.
- Works with Concrete Quality Director to ensure all required testing is performed to start and complete the project.
- Prepares budget projections to meet the needs of the project.
- Joint Fill completed
- Ensure that warranty call-backs are pro-actively resolved.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Highly skilled in Job Costing
- Ability to read and understand project drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly autonomous, self-directed, organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and manufacturing environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to interface and communicate with all levels of employees and management
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
- Must have clean driving record and current valid driver license
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with warehouses or grocery stores (Highly preferred)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years in construction worker management
- Supervising commercial concrete and projects
- Military background highly desired
- Proficient use of MS Office and other programs, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged standing
- Able to lift 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to travel out of state for prolonged periods at a time
- Overtime
- Able to work in a construction environment, indoor/outdoor, and occasional inclement weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
