Store Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office. including but not limited to:
-Basic office duties such as: Answering phones, customer service, filing, taking payments.
-Collect on past due accounts using phone/email/mail/text.
- Processing and writing new loans, analyzing documents, explaining contracts and loan procedures to customers.
-Banking activities.
-Marketing.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
-Potential for monthly bonus incentives.
Experience:
-Experience in Short Term Lending, Payday/Title Loans preferred but not required
- Proficient telephone/computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
