Job Description:
As Administrative Assistant/Liaison at Delta Homecare you will be handling a variety of tasks to help support the Office Manager in many roles. You will act as a Liaison between different departments to help ensure all tasks are being completed timely and efficiently. As you shadow the Office Manager, you will train and learn the many responsibilities needed to ensure the office runs smoothly. See below the tasks listed that may be required for the position:
- Assisting in the billing department with time-sheets, claims, reports, and other clerical items
- Phone Interviews
- Collecting Paperwork/ Documents
- Auditing files to ensure files meet State Standards
- Communicating with internal and external parties, and facilitating collaboration between departments
- Researching, compiling, and drafting documents, presentations, and reports
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Employee Follow up and guidance
- Providing administrative support to team members
