Responsibilities

Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our insurance policies and coverage options.

Assist clients with policy-related matters, including payments, claims, and changes to existing policies.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining client records.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.

Help with client inquiries which include payments and change requests.
Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Word & Excel.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Flexibility to work regular office hours and occasional overtime, if needed.
