Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety protocols in the workplace. The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and creating a safe environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard communication, PPE, and emergency response
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and develop risk management strategies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance management
- Experience in construction management and familiarity with construction management software
- Proficiency in occupational health, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), and risk management
- Ability to build and maintain a culture of safety within the organization
- Understanding of Workers Compensation laws and procedures
