Situated in the center of sunny SoCal, our client, a local leader in the craft hard cider market, is hiring a driven and highly organized General Manager with demonstrated success in elevating people, processes, and production. As the right hand to the Founder, the GM will champion smooth operations focusing on quality and safety across their two locations: HQ Brewery and Tasting Room in Gardena, CA, and flagship Tasting Room and Restaurant on Abbot Kinney in Venice Beach. You possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with a high emotional intelligence that allows you to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization while rolling up your sleeves and leading by example. Keen on efficiency and multi-tasking, you are as comfortable on the production line and behind the bar as you are analyzing metrics and building budgets!

Day-to-Day as General Manager:
- Lead and manage the daily operations, ensuring production, quality, and safety requirements are met on-site at headquarters in Gardena, CA 50% of the time, with travel to the tasting room in Venice as needed.
- Build and mentor a top-tier service-oriented team dedicated to delivering superior product and customer experiences.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, locations, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and achieve common goals.
- Develop and drive project plans to maximize revenue, manage costs, and achieve profitability.
- Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Create an environment where all are encouraged and developed to achieve personal and company goals.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in operational leadership and P&L responsibility within the hospitality industry.
- Franchise or chain growth experience and beverage production knowledge are major pluses!
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of effective team building and project execution.
- Profound understanding of customer service excellence.
- Tech-savvy proficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, software systems, and modern office methods.
- Impeccable communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry product and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
