We are seeking a Scheduling Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for helping customers and technicians with excellent communication skills. You should be able to provide polite and professional assistance via phone and email.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing real-time scheduling support while booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Screening phone calls and routing calls to the appropriate party
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email
- Anticipate the needs of customers and management to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, emailing, scheduling, and generating reports.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe note and paperwork from technicians
Requirements:
- 3 years prior administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills, especially related to typing and basic office software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Multilingual is not required but is a bonus
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Bonus if familiar with Service Trade platform
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week
