We are currently hiring for part time Line Cooks/Prep Cooks. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated, positive and team oriented individuals to join our staff.
DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains and strictly abides by sanitation/health regulations and bakery requirements.
- Communicates effectively with management and co-workers with regards to the operations of the bakery.
- Follows recipes precisely
- Prepares dressings, salads, sandwiches, etc.
- Applies basic knife skills required for preparation.
- Regularly restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for bakery needs.
- Identifies and safely uses all kitchen equipment.
- Properly labels and dates all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.
- Utilizes proper food handling techniques following health and safety standards.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Assists Chefs and co-workers as needed in execution of preparation and production.
- Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally lifting items of 50lb or more.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
