Organization Overview:
St HOPE Leadership Academy is building a community of educators who light the spark within our scholars. As a public charter middle school in Harlem that serves students from Manhattan and the Bronx, we strive to plant the seeds of self-motivation, critical thinking and passion for lifelong learning. We are a community that is committed to being a more antiracist and culturally responsive school. Through our shared belief in relationship building, restorative practices, and project-based learning, scholars are at the center of everything we undertake. This investment in developing the whole child requires practitioners who possess a growth mindset, are open to feedback, and make the space for reflection on their practice.
