Description of responsibilities:
- Assist and support Project Managers in all aspects of project completion.
- Develop relationships with construction managers, manufacturers and consultants.
- Work alongside Project Managers to maintain complete understanding of the contracts and project scope of work.
- Assist Project Managers in ensuring Purchase Orders (POs), project bulletins and change orders are reviewed and accurate. Oversee that all extra work costs are accounted for and being submitted to the Construction. Manager in a timely manner.
- Participate in development of schedule and sequencing of work.
· Assist in management of production team to ensure all product submissions and shop drawings are submitted on time and receive final approvals.
· Keep up to date on all roofing products and materials.
· Assist with project planning and coordination with Foreman and Superintendents.
· Walk project sites to ensure progress and familiarity with the construction management team.
- Assist with the review, validation and management of the project financials.
- Assist with closeout process.
· Maintain good communication with the Director of Project Management.
· Attend all internal weekly production meetings.
· Attend project coordination meetings as required.
· Be proactive in solving issues.
· Maintain project photos and field reports
· Coordinate with Safety Director
Required experience: Minimum of 3 years project management experience. Knowledge of roofing preferred.
Required skills: Problem solving, cost analysis, great communicator. Knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore and Rhumbix preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
