Seeking Surgical and Implant Treatment Coordinator in Inland, CA!
We are currently seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Inland, CA on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about dental care coordination and patient advocacy. Responsibilities include managing consultations, scheduling procedures, and ensuring meticulous case documentation. Schedule: Full Time, 32-40 hours weekly

M, T, Th – 7:30 AM to 5 PM

W, F – 7:30 AM to 3 PM
Compensation:
-
Pay range commensurate with skill set and experience: $20-26/hr to start. After a 90 day training and assimilation, we review performance and compensation accordingly

Based on practice performance/profitability there are bonuses after each trimester (Jan-April, May-Aug, Sept-Dec)

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

Consultations (more complex cases like implants, bone grafting orthognathic, facial cosmetic surgery)

Keeping detailed tracking of cases (needs MS office …excel, word, google sheet etc.)

Case presentation and acceptance with a focus on professional communication skills ( previous sales training and experience is very helpful)

Representing our office in communicating with patients and referring doctors.

Case coordination and scheduling of appointments (hospital scheduling, medical consults with MDs, surgery scheduling etc.)

Team meetings with the clinical staff for planning

Serve as a patient advocate and concierge for surgical care.

Documentation of all patient communications including informed consent.

Patient photography as part of their records.

Being involved in our continuing education meetings which tend to be once per month 6-9 pm.
This person should have the following skills and expertise:

MS office, professional vocabulary and communication, professional attire and personal appearance.
The following is very helpful:

Previous oral surgery, orthodontics, plastic/cosmetic surgery office experience.

Previous case coordinator or sales background is helpful.

We are not opposed to hiring from outside the Medical/Dental arena if they possess the above abilities and qualities.

We much rather a very driven, detailed oriented, energetic and positive attitude individual than experienced.
