South Royalton Health Center is looking for a Pediatric Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated and compassionate team! The role involves providing outpatient medical care to rural communities in central VT, with easy access to pediatric subspecialty care through UVM and Dartmouth-Hitchcock medical centers.
Highlights: 100% outpatient
- Established Private, Physician-Owned Pediatric Practice
- Flexible schedule, min of 2 day work week, mother's hours possible, option for more (4 days = 1.0 FTE)
- Must have experience working with children, including newborns/infants!

- NO at home charting, dedicated administrative time built into your schedule
- NO Inpatient care, phone call only (avg 1-2 phone calls a week!)

- See up to 12-13 patients per day, with a 1:1 MA/RN using AthenaOne EMR

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
- NCCPA certification or board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Pediatric certification is preferred, family certification will be considered with pediatric experience.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the state of NH/VT.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
